Monaco Luxe Security starts its mission

Share

A committee specialised in enhancing the security of luxury sales in Monaco has been formed with the head of the Monaco Chamber of Watches and Jewellery appointed as president. Claude Cardone has already taken up his role.

Monaco Luxe Security aims to work towards the aims of ‘Monaco, a safe city,’ to be launched in 2020, concentrating its work on strategies for prevention. Interior Minster Patrice Cellario and the head of the Monaco police service, Richard Marangoni, were both involved in setting up Monaco Luxe Security.

The Monaco Police Service is already operating two bespoke projects to enhance security, Vigilux and Vifiexpo. A ‘vignette’ will be issued to security professionals who meet the system’s requirements.
