On Wednesday October 16, Marlene Harnois, two-times European Taekwondo champion, in 2008 and 2012, medalist at the 2012 Olympic games and World University Champion in 2011 will be the guest of MonacoUSA at its networking event on Wednesday, October 16, at Castelroc. Marlene reached the world number one ranking of Taekwondo in 2013.
A Peace and Sport Champion for Peace since 2016, Marlene mentored young Ivorian prodigies, leading to the historic victory of Ivory Coast at the 2016 Rio Olympic games. She is founding member of the Heart Angel Foundation in Ivory Coast and founder of the “Caravan for Peace” whose aim is to promote peace, sport and education on the African continent to help young people to achieve their dreams.
