Monaco’s popular public library service, Mediatheque de Monaco, is providing a ‘takeaway’ service for its members from the main library at Louis Notari.
Users can order books, cds and dvds by telephone (93 15 29 40) or by using the form at www.mediatheque.mc on either Monday or Wednesday, and pick them up at the entrance to the main library one day later, on Tuesday or Thursday, between 11:00 and 13:00 or from 16:00 until 18:00. For those who can’t make up their minds about what to read, listen to or watch, surprise packages can be arranged.
Each package will be waiting on the steps of the library and will be handed to members. Cars will be allowed to stop very briefly for the pick-up and masks must be worn.
A home delivery service is available within Monaco for residents who are unable to make their way to the library due to age or infirmity.
