Live events in Monaco are beginning to gather pace as the coronavirus crisis recedes. The latest to declare its intentions is ‘Propel by MIPIM,’ whose conference will take place in Monaco on September 16 and 17.

According to the organisers, Propel by MIPIM, ESCP and the Principality of Monaco are combining their strengths to build an exclusive event, inviting 100 top decision makers to discuss a more innovative real estate industry.

“This exclusive by-invitation-only event, taking place at Fairmont Monte Carlo Hotel, gathers elite real estate executives in order to discuss the future of technology in their sector. With its offshore extension of six hectares into the sea, Monaco is the perfect place to discuss innovation in real estate with three main topics: Tech to Invest, Tech to Build and Tech to Live.”

The event will start with a visit to the Portier Cove land extension on the eve of the first day’s sessions.
“The Portier Cove is set to take super-prime real estate in the Principality to an entirely new level of technology and luxury. Developed from reclaimed land from the sea, the Portier Cove is one of Europe’s most ambitious construction project and sets a new benchmark for real estate in the world. Rainwater recovery systems, photovoltaic solar energy panels and thermal pumps will all serve to minimise the everyday carbon footprint. The neighbourhood itself will be pedestrianised, with e-bike stations and self-driving shuttle,” the organisers say.
