Five new start-ups have been identified by MonacoTech as it searches for daring projects with high potential and social impact.

MonacoTech selects projects that echo the Principality’s economic values and strategies. The pre-selection stages of this fifth edition were decided by a jury composed of Rachid Abarki (President of 42 Nice), Stanislas Boulet d’Auria (General Manager 3X Engineering), François-Xavier Le Clerc (Head of Finance and Economic Development Division, Administrator of State of MonacoTech), André Saint-Mleux (President of the company Arthapol, Business Angel and Administrator of State of Monaco Telecom), Nathalie Schlemmer-Maire (Founder of the company Dépil Tech), Philippe Schriqui (Entrepreneur) and Pierre Van Klaveren (National Councillor and co-founder of VK * P Business Advisors).

Of the 38 applications received, from 13 nations, five start-ups were chosen to join the MonacoTech program. They will enrich the portfolio of startups currently incubated at MonacoTech, whose vertical sectors and markets represented are now: AdTech, Applications, Augmented Reality, BioTech, GreenTech & Transport, FinTech, MedTech, RegTech and Yachting.

Among the five, Vizua 3D Entertainment takes augmented reality to a whole new level. This startup offers a collaborative cloud platform offering the visualisation and dissemination of 3D content for professional applications or dedicated to the general public.

Co-founded in 2017 by the Prince’s Government, Monaco Telecom and Xavier Niel, MonacoTech helps innovative projects to establish and develop from Monaco thanks to a tailor-made program, unrivalled networking opportunities and the continuous support of mentors and key professional players.
