Marie-Pierre Gramaglia, Minister of Infrastructure, Environment and Urban Planning, and Georges Gambarini, responsible for the Smart City project at the Digital Services Department, presented the YourMonaco site, and the Urban Report and Waze applications.

“These three new digital tools labeled DEEU and Extented Monaco aim to better inform the population and listen to them. open up new access and offer new opportunities with the aim of strengthening the link between our Administration, Monegasques and residents,” Marie-Pierre Gramaglia said.

“The best urban sensor is human,” added Georges Gambarini. The Your Monaco site includes four themes: My daily life, My city, My environment, My Urban Services which present subjects of everyday life. These themes are broken down into around forty illustrated articles. Each theme includes a map that offers a wide variety of geolocated information points such as: play areas, defibrillators, post office boxes, housing plan operations, heritage trees …

The theme “My Urban Services” centralises 50 online administrative procedures (town planning, energy transition, vehicle registration, etc.), accessible in three clicks.

The features of YourMonaco allow it to be personalised and adapted to preferences, thanks to a geolocation option (My neighbourhood, My procedures, My journeys), thus becoming “My Monaco”. This site offered in three languages French, English, Italian, will be scalable with the integration of new articles and a news flow.

Urban report is the application that allows you to alert, to report a problem on a construction site , road works, passenger shelters … A report sent directly to the DEEU service which is analysed, processed and relayed to the user.

“More than an application, it is a direct, unfiltered link between Monegasques, residents and the services of my Department”, said Marie-Pierre Gramaglia. “Users can thus support and direct the strengths of the Administration where they are most useful. They allow the State to better meet their needs by co-constructing a better urban environment “, said Georges Gambarini.

The creation of a personal account allows the user, if he wishes, to be kept informed of the progress of his report.
