A newly-established Monaco company, NEWS sarl, has become the publisher of Monaco Daily News and the daily newsletter Good Morning Monaco.
Ian Brodie, editor-in-chief of Monaco Daily News, is the Chairman and CEO, while Klaus Lovgreen is Deputy Chairman.
Ian Brodie said: “It was very important for us to become a recognised part of the Monaco business community, and setting up the limited company will enable us to grow and strengthen our business.
“We are also delighted that Klaus has come on board as a significant shareholder. His experience and expertise in digital news is phenomenal and we are very fortunate to have him so intrinsically involved.
“We are looking forward to a very positive future in Monaco.”
Klaus Lovgreen added: “Having some 139 nationalities represented in the Principality of Monaco, timely news in English has never been more important and through NEWS.MC we have a fantastic platform to keep residents and visitors alike up to date.”
